i dream to own grand tour 5



Daydreamed a little about John Cartwright (The Whisperer). Realized that he's the guy who designed the cars on Bloody Sports. Makes sense why his car has 5 wheels now. Hope he's not the same guy who make the rocket bike because im pretty sure that guy dies.

crazy bastard has a 2 litre triangle 4 engine in the front and back. New FF/RR design he says. He's fucking crazy. That's 24 cylinders. At least its a 4x4x4.

Anywho, im really itching to get a new TV. this one's only like 15 inches. it's an old 50hz cathoy tube tv but its got a scart port. new ones gonna be 32 inch hdmi 1080p res. i can't wait.

Really wanna play Grand Touring Race (Gran Tourismo) 5. I want the steering wheel. Those who know me know I'm a fan of all the old Sega arcade machines and as such my skills at light gun games and the old driving simulators is fucking awesome.

People think i don't like driving games or shooting games but i really do. I just don't like any of the games that have come out over the past few years.

Touring Car Racers (Toca) and Forward Progressive Racing (Forza) play like fucking Mario Kart. I want balanced pedals of scaled analogous diversity. A multi-cross 1000 plus sector inertia based steering wheel with torque based resistance that could wrench your arms off. Manuel fucking gears i can balance exponentially not scaled or god forbid square values. I want to alter weight distribution among all 4 dimensions and actively alter the suspension ratios in a 4 way pivot system that's set to weight balance not the fucking middle of the car. I want actively adjusting foils over and under the car with wing stabilizers and counter pivoting for spoilers and grills. i want the radiator and engine fan to actually affect the cars performance and be able to oil the valves for one and get bespoke drive trains and flywheels.

But most of all i want an AE-86 Panda Levin with rally spec body and drive parts and some monster soups in the engine and no turbo or fucking automatic trans.

Pitty there's no damned H box. I'm still so used to that i keep trying to shift gears with the analogue.

I love the Trueno. That was always my car on those games. I could hold a drift for 30 whole seconds on the mountain pass wide hairpins. Those were the day. When cars drove like cars and not fucking go karts.

While you were playing Micro Machines and Mario Kart I was playing Hang On and Datona USA. Then you played Toca and Forza while i played Sega Rally and fucking Gran Tourismo. Who's laughing now bitch.
