The guy is Master Richard Hudson, chief instructor of Kickfit Martial Arts Academy. Here's the site for it [link]. Looks like the poor sap's British. I feel ashamed for my country. Found him on the first page Google Images. That's normally where most of the posts about certain pictures come from. The term I used was "Grand Master". I assumed that's what he'd call himself.
