America is a master at making enemies
China offered Japan 300,000 people to help in the rescue effort and Japan initially accepted the help but then America stepped in and persuaded Japan to refuse China's offer adding that if Japan accepted the offer America would cut their ties with Japan. In response to the media's questions America said they were referring to the rescue aid they would pull out dispite how misleading the minutes of the conversation were.
YEAH RIGHT!
