i got ur index

a phrase you don't ever want to hear

There's a guy on YouTube who got his account removed. He had a series of videos called "i got ur index". I saw the first one but I can't find the rest. They are no longer on Youtube and they're quite old.

Basically, the CMOS dock in your motherboard contains a unique identifier known as an index. This is hardware not software, it's not even a driver or kernal. This is not your IP or Mac address BTW. Both of those can be changed, but unless you change your motherboard, you cannot change your PC's index, no matter what you do. There are however ways to protect it and prevent people from finding out what it is although if you're a good enough hacker you can still get to it. And if you know what a PC's index is you can basically control the entire PC from the bottom to the top.

Anyway, it all started when this guy claimed that his PC was inpenetratable. He made alot of fuss boasting about it all over the place and unfortunately gathered the attention of the spawn of the original 5 hackers. That's when this guy totally destroyed the guy in question's PC. It was completely totally with cycling software in the start up running around the hardware level and OS that prevents you from doing anything at all.

That's about the time when the celebrity hacker spawn made a YouTube account. The very next thing that happened was that someone used an online phone system to call said hackspawn. The conversation went as follows.

[I'll finish this later]
